
HOW TO ORDER
ONLINE, click the 'ADD TO CART' button next to the items you would like in the shop section. Your card will be charged at the time of ordering. Payment is in pounds sterling (GBP) through the PayPal secure system.
OVER THE PHONE, call us on 07815 869370 and place your order over the phone. If there is no answer, just leave your name and number and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
BY POST, print out our order form and post it to Molly Cotton, 3 College Gardens, London, SW17 7UF, clearly stating which items you require and enclosing a cheque made payable to Eleanor Tennant, or a postal order for the correct amount. Please make postal payments payable to Molly Cotton.

POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
All our prices include the cost of postage and packaging to UK addresses and items from Molly Cotton are sent First Class.
If you want us to deliver your order abroad, you may have to pay extra postage costs. Please contact us for details.
We dispatch orders on Saturday mornings. Orders placed after 5pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Saturday. UK deliveries should be received 2-3 days after dispatch, providing there are no postal delays which are beyond our control.
SECURITY
When you shop with Molly Cotton, your credit card and personal details are processed securely by PayPal. Please note, as a customer, you do not have to register your details with PayPal before purchasing items from us.
PayPal is a secure system which means that we don't receive your credit card or bank account details - we just get a list of the items you have purchased and the delivery address. For more information on PayPal, click here.
PayPal accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (except corporate cards), Switch/Solo, Visa Electron.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If you are paying by International Money Order then please add an extra £5.00 - this is to cover the bank charge that we will incur when cashing it.
We have every confidence in the products we sell. However, if your purchase is faulty, you may return it to us within 7 days, in its original condition, for a full refund or replacement.
Please obtain proof of posting when returning purchases. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours and we will be happy to replace them. Post and packaging costs are not refundable. We are not responsible for any return postage of packages that do not reach us, however, in the event of goods being faulty, we will cover the cost of postage and will refund or exchange the goods.
We cannot refund/replace items because of issues of personal taste or because of customer error. We will exchange or refund any items purchased by mistake at the cost of the customer as long as both the goods and packaging are returned undamaged.
All our items are handmade and uniformity cannot be guaranteed. Because items are handmade, there may occasionally be slight delays with larger orders. If this is the case, we will inform you as soon as possible.
All photos, and prices are guides. Prices are correct at the time of publishing. We reserve the right to increase prices. Every effort has been made to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications are correct at time of publication. We reserve the right to change the specification of products without prior notice. The title of the goods passes to the customer at time of payment. Until such a time Molly Cotton retains full legal and equitable title to the goods. (Molly Cotton, under no circumstances, accepts liability for losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or loss of profit, damage to property or wasted expenditure).
