Molly Cotton's honey is from the Vale of Evesham, on the edge of the Cotswolds - an area that was labelled the 'Garden of England' by Shakespeare. Evesham is famous for fertile soil that produces wonderful market gardening crops and flourishing fruit trees. It is here, in an apple orchard, that Molly Cotton's fragrant honey is produced. Cared for by our bearded bee keeper, Michael, and surrounded by wonderful local pollens, the bees produce a honey that is rich and full of flavour, with a deep golden colour. Unlike many shop-bought honeys, Molly Cotton's honey has not been tampered with or treated, so retains its natural goodness and flavour. It's delicious on toast in the morning, drizzled over yoghurt, or dissolved in hot water with lemon juice for a refreshing drink.
